Family & Children’s Center is seeking to fill the position of Director of Programs, Wisconsin. This position reports directly to the CEO and will oversee assigned program services in Wisconsin. This is a fulltime salaried position based in our La Crosse office.
As a member of the agency’s senior leadership team, the Director has two primary areas of responsibility.  First is the responsibility for assuring the agency’s programs maintain the highest clinical standards and best practice approaches to treatment while maintaining their financial sustainability.  The second is business development and stakeholder engagement that entails translating community needs into sound, sustainable programming to meet those needs.  Starting and evolving these programs and services can be very involved with many stakeholders, regulatory approvals and challenging revenue models.  Other responsibilities include ensuring compliance with licensing and governing standards, implementing strategic goals for both the programs and the agency, implementing evidenced based models of practice, and demonstrating and instilling on a daily basis the agency’s mission, vision, and values.

Desired Qualifications:
A master’s degree in the human services field, including licensed mental health professionals, is preferred, but not required.  Business degrees will also be considered.   • 2-5+ years experience in client service, analyst role, retail inventory planning, merchant analyst, retail buyer, market research, POS or Consumer data or equivalent
  • Proven success in data pulling, formatting, analysis and usage to drive fact-based decision making for multiple businesses
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong ability to multitask, manage projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience or expertise in consumer electronics industry a plus
  • Solid presentation skills to groups of all sizes
  • Able to interact proactively with multiple teams
  • Strong oral and written communication skills

Description: Marks Group Wealth Management is seeking a college graduate who is actively pursuing employment in the financial services industry. This internship is a 6-month rigorous training program designed to find the ideal candidate to add to our firm. Interns will be responsible for contacting and developing relationships with prospective clients via telephone.

Upon successful completion of the training program, full-time employment will be offered with a competitive base salary, plus performance based compensation and full employee benefits.
